Wow time flies really fast...2day is 5th Dec 2005...another 26days to 2006...omg...getting old again! 2day reach office many things for me to do in morning...reboot my company server & have to do a system test on it to make sure it is running properly. Apart from that got to restore an OS platform for a workstation. Everyday format computer, kind of getting bored with it le...hahahaz....but nvm as long got work to do, HAPPY le...

Afternoon spend time toking with her, she chase me away on MSN...haha nvm knew she meant well for me... but in the end also chat on... bleahz....

Anyway today after work went for my 1st NAFA Training in school...wah liew...so long nvr run my 2.4km le...started off with it....whole training class got 18male students....wahaha all fat fat de...heez....only me thin & another 2more guys...wahahahaz....started to run with timing taken in consideration. Ran 11mins for my 2.4km...kind of unsatisfy with my record...I believe it was my hurting ankle that gave way to my time...I run until my hands felt numb...was worried I would faint in the middle of it....but luckily managed to finish the whole course...after that 2.4km warm up...we started to do circuit training....do sprinting for dont know how many times...shag man...later was kick ass jumping & lap slapping exercise...keep jumping up & down...train thigh & calf muscles...wah piang ....long time nvr do such exercise almost cannot take it le...lucky I everyday play badminton....so my lungs & heart can take it...Heez an advantage....oh yah was happy I ran in 1st for my 2.4km among the 17 others trainees.... The winning was on me...but dont be complacent....I need to work harder & also push my record of 11mins to 10mins....den slowly below 10mins....I must do it....& I believe I can....

2day Sam msg me say he lost his wallet....wah he brought $70 to sch...plus his I/C, admin card, e-zone tapz card & many more impt cards...usually he dont bring $$$ out as in not so much...mayb $10 only...but he sway lohz...like me lost hp...Haiz....these ppl take liaoz...must return lohz....so greedy for what? Dont understand y we Singaporeans got such ppl...but anyway good luck to him liaoz...must spend time to go replace all these items...

Okie...tag until here....wanna got eat dinner cum watch TV....long time no relax le....
